DistribuTrak™ 4.0 Release – January 2004 We integrated our customer feedback into a planned upgrade of DistribuTrak™. In July 2003, we began programming our DistribuTrak™ 4.0 product. DistribuTrak™ 4.0 represents a significant upgrade from version 3.0 in terms of content expansion and product architecture – we are very proud of the product that we have created and are confident that our users will be excited about the new functionality with DistribuTrak™ 4.0. Final testing on DistribuTrak™ 4.0 was completed in December 2004 and was released into production in January 2004. Here are a few of the highlights:

• ASP.NET Architecture. The entire site has been converted to ASP.NET to take advantages of the many features that this new architecture offers.
• Accounts Receivable / Accounts Payable Module. You can now manage all of your A/R and A/P functions with DistribuTrak™ and generate management reports to track revenues, A/R and A/P aging, partial payments, etc.
• Sales Commissions. With this feature, you can manage and calculate sales commissions and compile trending / performance analyses for your Sales Representatives.
• Enhanced and “Quick Report” Reporting. We expanded the previous reporting module to include CustomerTrak™ reporting and created a “quick reports” feature which allows you to see 0-30, 0-60 and 0-90 day reports, for all available reports, at the click of a button.
• Promotion Codes. With this functionality, you can create and track unlimited numbers of unique promotion codes for you to offer / apply to existing customers, new customers, direct mailings, or customer referrals. All of these promotional codes can be managed directly from your personalized DistribuTrak™ home page.
