DistribuTrak™ News

The owners, management, and employees of DistribuTrak are proud to announce that, beginning in 2005, 10% of our profits will be donated to charity. A cornerstone of our mission statement and corporate culture has always been the desire to give back to both our local and national communities. We hope to “lead by example” and encourage other companies to contribute to worthy causes in their communities.

For 2005, we have selected the following charitable organizations to be the recipients of our donations:

St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital

www.stjude.org

St. Jude is unlike any other pediatric treatment and research facility anywhere. Discoveries made here have completely changed how the world treats children with cancer and other catastrophic illnesses.

St. Jude’s is where some of today's most gifted researchers are able to do more science, more quickly. Doctors across the world send their toughest cases and most vulnerable patients here. At St. Jude, no one pays for treatment beyond what is covered by insurance, and those without insurance are never asked to pay. St. Jude Children’s Hospital has become America's 4th-largest health-care charity, with a model that keeps the costs down and the funds flowing, so the science never stops.

The Jason David Cayne Foundation

www.thejasondavidcaynefoundation.org

This is a foundation for men or women who lose a spouse tragically or unexpectedly, who has a child /children under the age of 18 years. This foundation helps with the immediate financial burden that these families face. Whether monetarily or just simply volunteering to help people deal with any paper work that arises in such a time of sadness and trauma, the foundation serves as a support system for the families that are impacted. After such a tragic loss, the simple act of writing out a bill can become an overwhelming burden.

The foundation's main goal is to alleviate any unnecessary pain or worries dealing with money issues in which a grieving individual endures in the first months following a tragedy and allow them to address more important issues. No one should have to face the fact of losing a spouse, as well as, the fear of having their children lose their home, school or friends.
